BLACK WAGON's Technology
All vehicles in the BLACKWAGON fleet have their own GPS devices installed. The BLACKWAGON booking system uses this technology to match the closest available driver to a client needing collection and automatically sends the driver updated information. All vehicles are monitored on a live screen by a 24-hour operations control room. Updates on vehicles' positions are received every minute.
Clients can rest assured: all bookings are double-checked against flight and address databases to ensure BLACKWAGON is always at the right place and on time for scheduled pick-ups and efficient in responding to non-scheduled pick-ups.
Clients receive a text alert when their car is on its way and another when it is waiting outside the collection point. This alert includes details of the car's make, model and registration to reassure the client of getting into the right vehicle. The driver's mobile number is also provided.
The vehicles in BLACKWAGON's fleet are chosen for their excellent vehicle safety standards, efficient fuel consumption and lower emissions.
