BLACK WAGON's Private Chauffeur Service

Blackwagon drivers are recruited through referals and must become known and trusted by the MS Group before becoming permanent employees. They hold valid PDP licenses for which medicals and police clearances are mandatory and are renewed every 2 years.

All drivers attend an Advanced driving and a First aid course as well as ongoing in-house area knowledge and orientation and customer service skills training.

Our drivers are smartly attired in black suits and ties and wear identifiable company badges.

We carry out random spot checks using mystery passengers to assess service quality.
